The "Namaz Vakti" application from Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı was developed by a company using outdated technology and received numerous complaints and criticisms. Unfortunately, for us to be able to update the application, the necessary key store and passwords were not provided by the company. As users who had previously installed this application on their phones updated their iOS and Android operating systems, it became increasingly malfunctioning due to being developed with outdated technology. Therefore, our institution does not provide any support for this application that was removed from the market approximately 2 years ago.

The "Namaz Vaktim" mobile application, which was redeveloped by our institution's staff for Prayer Times, has been available for 2 years and includes many new features.

After removing the outdated "Namaz Vakti" application from your phone, we recommend clearing the application cache and installing our updated application.

The new "NAMAZ VAKTİM" application:
<ul>
<li>Provides prayer times by detecting the nearest center even when the application is closed or not in use, for more accurate functioning of alarms, prayer times notification bar, and widget features. Therefore, you need to allow the application to run in the background.</li>
<li>Make sure that battery optimization is not restricted and that location permission is granted to the application.</li>
<li>Automatically detects the nearest center and provides prayer times on the first page.</li>
<li>Has a background design that facilitates easy perception of prayer times.</li>
<li>Provides easy access to enable/disable alarms.</li>
<li>Includes timely reminder feature for alarms.</li>
<li>Includes early reminder feature for alarms up to 1 hour in advance.</li>
<li>Allows selection of desired alarm sound.</li>
<li>Includes monthly prayer times list.</li>
<li>Includes Hijri calendar.</li>
<li>Includes advanced Qibla compass.</li>
<li>Allows adding unlimited locations.</li>
<li>Facilitates easy switching between locations.</li>
<li>Provides easy access to the current Religious Days calendar (selection can be made based on years).</li>
<li>Allows sending feedback, requests, and suggestions from within the application.</li>
</ul>
